So, as well as not realising that yesterday was ’Go Skateboarding Day’ I also forgot that it was the Summer Solstice (the longest day of Summer), it was actually a clear sky at night so it was a great night to go skating (in compliance with ’Go Skateboarding Day’!). The photo of the park below was taken at 10:34pm last night, it was still light enough to skate!
So, enjoy the light nights while it’s there! It’s an excellent place to watch the sun go down, or kind of go down as it doesn’t get completely dark!
